Types of ductile iron fittings for project enquiries

Double Flanged Bends – 90°, 45° and other angles

Flanged bends change pipeline direction. Ask for the required bend angle, nominal diameter, PN class and centreline dimensions as shown in your approved drawing.

DI Equal Tees and Reducing Tees

Tees create pipeline branches. Send the main and branch sizes, pressure rating, flange drilling details and project make list.

Concentric and Eccentric Reducers

Reducers connect different nominal diameters. Confirm face-to-face length, size transition and orientation; request eccentric designs where the approved process piping drawings require them.

DI Flanged Crosses, Collars and Flange Adaptors

Crosses and adaptors are used for multi-branch networks or transitions. Availability, dimensions, material and testing depend on the specific item and approved drawing. Clarify whether the request is for a DI casting, fabricated spool, jointing accessory or coupling before ordering.

Dismantling Joints

Dismantling joints help installation and maintenance of valves and equipment. Ask for size, PN rating, face-to-face length, material, coating and tie-rod requirements. Brand, technical documents and availability must be confirmed.
